Comfort Inn & Suites

Wonderful, friendly staff! Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shade works great for keeping the light out. I’ve stayed several times and each visit was very pleasant! Also, plenty of areas for those with pets.

Positive: Was a very modern looking hotel. It appears all of the rooms have recently been redone. The swimming pool is outstanding. Negative: We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. They were supposed to change the linen and towels every three days. We had one linen change, and one change, in 10 days. You had to ask continually for soap, shampoo, add toilet paper.

Completely and utterly dissatisfied with our stay. Would like to find a way to remedy the stay. We’re first checked into a room where ac was torn apart and had a huge band-aid on it. Second room we were moved to was definitely not clean have pictures and videos lots of bedding was super stained. Water pressure was nonexistent. Hot water wasn’t hardly hot. Lots of lights in room were broken, room wasn’t properly cleaned. Fan in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was extremely unsatisfactory.

We stayed here for a friends wedding. The rooms were not clean at all. Smelt gross. Was dirt and dust everywhere. Hairs all over the towels, floors, beds, blankets and shower. There was dirt in the shower and blood on the shower curtain. My son ended up getting a skin infection after staying there. I truly hope they get better cleaning services… that was our most issue.

Hotel very outdated. Air conditioners are at the bottom of the wall making it impossible to read the controls. Had to take a picture with my iPad and look at the picture. Only one slow small elevator. Had events in the conference room. Why don’t hotels put sinks in conference rooms? We had no way to clean up or rinse our dishes.
