Comfort Inn & Suites Las Vegas - Nellis

I was ," placed" here after an incident involving domestic violence. To say that this property is amazing would be an understatement, to say that they staff was kind and attentive, would do little to underscore the many ways they they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe and had a place to really start the arderous process of recovery. Breakfast is amazing and served at six thirty each day . The suites are large , well appointed and BEYOND clean . I recommend this place highly.

The airline booked us this hotel after our flight was canceled. At first, I was upset because it’s off the strip. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. The pool area has cushioned seats. The room was extremely clean. They have Dunkin’ Donuts coffee for breakfast too. Breakfast was included with fresh waffles and other items. The location is good and I have to say this was a pleasant experience.. The staff are amazingly accommodating and friendly.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds. We’ve slept in at a hotel and we just had overall comfort there. The first morning breakfast was sparse because they got busy really quickly but the second morning we were able to get whatever we wanted from the breakfast bar. We will likely be back to this location when we visit Vegas again.

We were staying for a baseball tournament. Hotel room was dusty and carpet was pretty soiled. The hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing (the team didn’t care) but I’m sure someone else would not appreciate it. On our second day we started noticing bites on our bodies indicative of bed bugs. We notified staff, but the hotel was full. We abandoned our stay and left early because of the bug bites. The staff requested an exterminator come access the situation but nothing was found according to them. Fortunately staff was considerate and refunded us our last night stay that we missed. Hopefully no one else experiences this. While I understand this is a very transient city, it’s still not acceptable. Photo is bug found in hair.

A super experience at a great price! Check inn was welcoming I felt guest love right away. |Breakfast delicious 😋 clean and kitchen miss.welcoming and very polite . |Rooms are perfect, beds and pillows gave us a comfortable rest. Pool was fun but a lil cold . Think that was cause the weather though . Thank you Comfort Inn !
