A fantastic value for an affordable price. The front desk staff and housekeepers were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and on New Years Day morning a gentleman who might have been part of the leadership offered us guests in the lobby special donuts in addition to our breakfast. How nice! I'll definitely be staying here the next time we need another staycation in HB!

DON'T stay at this place. Extremely rude people work here! We had to cancel our reservation because we all had COVID. Mary or Marie was supposed to get back to me. She never did. She was actually there when I called and could have stopped my payments from going through. Instead, she waited for me to call her back 4 days later. RUDE! Then she told me basically that I was lying. I offered to send her a copy of our ER bill and recent COVID tests. She ignored me. She refused to refund us our money. She lied about being higher up than then General Manager, Mike. She lied about owning that hotel. She doesn't. She was RUDE AND A LIAR. We will get our money refunded and Mary/Marie and maybe Mike deserve to both be fired.

Decided to stay last minute after a Disney trip and could not have picked a better place to stay. The queen rooms were all sold out so we ended up with 2 kings which was more than ok for us. The room was a bit on the smaller size but that's also because we had 2 huge beds in there. The bathroom was spacious and the location was amazing. After 4 different hotels, I will say the fact that the fan can stay on consistently was a huge deal so we didn't have to hear anyone else. The clerk in the front was so nice. She is what made us want to stay. She got our room ready earlier than expected and was just genuinely sweet. I wish i could remember her name (worked 12/31/25 around 2pm).

What could have been a frustrating situation was quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to the attentiveness of the front desk lady and the manager. Both were genuinely involved in resolving the issue, showing patience and professionalism until everything was corrected. Their dedication set the tone for the rest of our stay. I stayed for one night and checked out on February 16th 2026 at 9:30am. I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet is clogged and asked if I will be losing my deposit. She said no and will get someone to fix it. Her name starts with an A, she wears glasses and I think is Hispanic. I said great and gave her a Chinese New Years present.Over two weeks gone by and I didn't see my deposit come back into my bank account so I called and asked why I haven't received my deposit back yet. The lady answering the phone told me to wait to check. Then she tells me that it was because of the clogged toilet.
