Because my job requires me to stay there the staff for professional and friendly the room did not have hot water because the valve in the shower does not work properly and needs to be taken apart and cleaned or replaced calcium buildup will not allow the hot water to turn on. The room was located on the 3rd floor

We stayed here while on our 4000 mile road trip. The hotel is centrally located and in a safe place it seemed. Plenty of parking and the public areas were clean and welcoming. The room had a 'pine sol' cleaning chemical kind of smell which was ok but the floors seemed sticky even though they were cleaned. Almost like they were cleaned with dirty water. Also, the way you turn the showerhead on was very odd. We had to call guest services to get help. Additionally, while breakfast was included and they had good options, they were completely out of sausage, biscuits and gravy so we had to find someone to restock before we could eat. While it wasn't an awful experience, I probably would not stay here again.

Room was not the room I booked the girl at the front counter said the manager would have to refund the money the next morning when I talked to the manager the next day at check was very rude and said she couldn’t do anything because I booked online. The room was disgusting WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN…

We got a room for your daughter's fastpitch tournament booked ahead because we normally play early Saturday morning so we booked friday night and Saturday when we got to the room we noticed it was very poorly cared for mattresses had stains shower curtain kept falling the carpet was dirty and tiles broken and greasy tried to cancel our second night will to travel an extra 40 min to Odessa due to other hotels being booked but we where denied cancelation by the manager due to us booking 3rd party luckily the lady working Saturday upgraded us to a suite that was in a bot better condition only negative things in that room was the tv and very little water pressure in the shower but slept a bit better highly suggest a walk through if this is a place you have to stay for any matter.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Despite confirming my reservation in advance, they never had it correctly in their system when I arrived. To make matters worse, I was double charged for a room I never used. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue, but communication has been poor and nothing has been done to fix their mistake. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with billing errors and unhelpful service.
