Amazing owners. They're extremely nice and accommodating. The grounds are maintained, there are a lot of stickers but that's just how it is here. Away from loud roads but still on the edge of town and less than a 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in Andrews. The only thing we had a problem with is it may not be a good place for you if you have pets or don't like pets. There are like 10 dogs out there and they only keep a few of them contained. They will pee all over your camper, cars, and anything you leave outside and they charge barking and growling when we try to walk our dogs. We usually just loaded our dogs in the car a couple times a day and drove to the truck stop to let them pee. As cheap as it as and as friendly as the owners are it was a sacrifice we were willing to make

Brand new. Grounds well maintained. Owner are honest and trustworthy. Off the beaten path so it's quiet and peacefull.

Great landlords, nice place to stay close enough to everything, but enough out of the way for some peace and quiet.
