Comfort Inn & Suites Adrian

The room was nice and the locations was fine, but I would give zero stars for service if I could. I booked my reservation through Choice Hotels (the parent company of Comfort Inn) online a week prior. When I clicked on a link to view insurance options and decided against it the website (Again, Choice Hotels website) reset the dates of my stay to the current day (I was trying to book a room for the following week). I didn't realize this and I completed my reservation for the wrong date. I was then charged full price for a "no show". A few days late I contacted the hotel and left my information to see if there was any way they could help recover some or all of my funds. I was told if the general manager could help, she would reach out to me. That was over a week ago, so I'm fairly certai

Excellent customer service when I called to make sure my handicapped husband didn't have to climb stairs; check in was easy and girl very pleasant; same with check out. Room was perfect close to elevator as described; great bed and very clean! Recommended to all the vendors we know who also came in for Sand Creek Craft show.

Very new hotel in a more industrial area but across the street from Adrian College. Not so out of the way of everything. Very clean. Great beds. Huge bathrooms. Breakfast was what you'd expect, but hot and fresh. Will definitely return and recommend.

Over the years, I have learned everyone's names. The management team is incredible! Lynette and Amanda are the best!! Everyone knows me by name and they get excited when they see my reservation!! Outstanding facility and the "fire pit" is the bomb!! ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL!! ALWAYS COMPETITIVE!! ALWAYS FEEL LIKE FAMILY!! The breakfast girls rock!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond in everything that all of you do! Attention needs to be drawn to that!! I'll never stay anywhere else when I visit family in my home town!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything. Clean rooms. Easy check-in/check-out. Good selection for breakfast offered. Free parking. Valet carts readily available. Prefer the shampoo/conditioner setup--more available on shower wall installation instead of individual ones that never have enough. Wifi info already on room cards. Very quiet. Couldn't hear neighbors in room next to us. Very smooth and restful. Didn't have large safety pins or multi razor shaving blades for purchase. Front desk offered what they had--small safety pins and 2 razor shaving blades.
