Nicest hotel. The two front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Location is very convenient with regular bus services to go downtown LA, Griffith Observatory or anywhere. We enjoyed our two days stay here.

At first I was a little bit hesitant to stay there because I really have no love for Hollywood. But it was actually a very nice place to stay and clean. It was quiet and peaceful even though there was dining establishments on the main level. The desk clerk was very helpful in directing me as to the best area to walk my service dog in the evening. And I really appreciated the grab bars in the shower (they come in handy when you get old, or so they tell me) , people keep telling me I am there but I don't believe them. The breakfast was good too.

First night bathroom facet was broken , we called the front desk , and we have a carácter show up and say that it was nothing. We only called to make sure they wouldn’t charge us for breaking it. We were shocked with his attitude but that was that. We booked the room again and same guy is yelling at my wife on the phone ., when I confronted him , he started an issue , and kick me out of the hotel. |We know that a 2 star hotel doesn’t suppost to be good at all. But at least a front desk person with some type of education or experience in customer service . I highly recommend you to stay somewhere else ., this hotel is garbage and worst customer service. One more thing, we were charged double and when we called the manager was as rude as the employee.,

My service experience was not bad at all. Very nice and respectful staff. Rooms and bathroom are clean. The a/c sometimes has a weird odor but it goes away after a few minutes. I can hear the noise from the street outside because the windows are not sealed. Parking is very safe and price is cheap compared to other hotels. Location is easy to get in and out of Hollywood without suffering through traffic. Only stayed overnight but I saw it was a couple of blocks walking distance to some good restaurants. (I don’t walk at night though if Im not familiar with the area.)

The maid who was in charge of the breakfast was both lazy and rude. We came down before 9am. Breakfast ends at 930. She had the waffle center shut down, she didn’t refill the yogurt, the eggs were sitting in a ton of water, the sausage appeared to be microwaved, there were only banana nut muffins and old apples. It was such a joke! I asked the front desk if they could have her bring out more waffle batter and she reluctantly and rudely did. Eventually. She made a bunch of sarcastic comments to the front desk guy that were very clearly directed towards us. The room was clean but rundown. Especially the shower. The mattress was comfortable.
