Comfort Inn Green Valley I-19

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and odor free. The continental was exactly as it should be. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. .

Upon first arrival the room smelled horribly moldy, to the point both of us were having respiratory issues throughout the stay to the point of contemplating a hospital visit(12 miles away FYI). A/C unit would not work properly until almost the end of our stay( only after it maintenance by us… TV did not work, no cable or local channels. Just a black screen…

The hotel manager and staff were all top notch. Very obliging and always helpful. We had a group of 30 people and the hotel went out of their way to provide excellent service. ||The rooms and all facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location is right off the freeway (which is ideal) yet we never heard the traffic noises. ||A very nice restaurant shares the parking lot so that was also a plus. ||We will definitely be back again.

The staff was friendly and professional. The laundry room left a lot to be desired. I do not like to leave my clothes unattended. There was no chair in the laundry room. I had to sit on the floor. The A/C was in pieces and out of order. It was so hot in the laundry room I had to prop open the door with the trash can. I suggest adding a chair, repairing the A/C and hang a tv on the wall.

Toilet is not secured to the floor…very unstable. The water from the shower made a mess covering the floor with water. Shower curtain needs to be longer. Light bulbs were different colors, very annoying. It is actually the worst experience we have ever had in a motel room. Far from the quality we have come to expect from Comfort Inn.
