Canoa Ranch Golf Resort

Stayed 2 nights(3/2-3/3/2026) at the. Canoa Ranch Golf Resort while our house was being worked on-less than a mile from home.Felt like a real treat.Staff was warm and accommodating, super pet-friendly and the room? Immaculate! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, grounds are gorgeous.Even the pool looked stunning-didn’t use it,but it’s there if you want it.Would stay again in a heartbeat.If you have family or friends visiting here,skip the other hotels-this place is a local gem they’ll actually thank you for.

The golf was great. However the restaurant was lacking basic things like coffee & hot chocolate. The staff was rude! Went to eat elsewhere. The room was small and placed by main office with lots of noise. The ceiling fan did not work and nobody answered the phone to fix it at 9:30 pm. Staff at breakfast was not nice! Won’t be staying there again.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas. Room was very roomy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious. You show your ticket in the first window and request what you would like on your omelet, you pick up in the second window, and they'll ask you if you want potatoes and sausage. They have three tables one with toast, jam and butter. The other has 2 selections of cereal, milk, Apple juice, orange juice and Coffee! Plenty of seating for families and small groups. Pool and Hot tub were very fun for the kids and grandparents enjoyed the hot tub! Pool area is gated and well maintained. Mike and his team prepared the grill for me and the boys to grill for the family, and all the utensils were laid out! Mike and his team made things very smooth for us to use the grill and

Great location . Rooms could do with a little update ie remove the Dvd/vhs player and replace coffee machine with a small kettle. However they were clean and quite spacious. Complimentary breakfast was basic , poly plates, plastic cutlery etc and the staff member serving wasn't all that friendly. There is a lot of work being done in the carparking areas (solar panels being fitted) we weren't aware of this at time of booking and although it didn't really affect us we probably should have been made aware. The workers started around 7-7.30 am. It does looks close to being completed. Pool area looked nice although we didnt use it and views over golf course were lovely. I would stay again but its no 5 star luxury you get what you pay for.

Positive: I love the king suite with the kitchen and living room! It?s a very homey feel. Negative: One lady in the breakfast area lives is to not allow anyone to leave the breakfast area with food. It?s over the top that you can?t go sit outside to enjoy the lovely area. It?s tough when you are on vacation to feel like a prisoner.
