Comfort Inn Connellsville Riverview

Sunny at the front desk was honestly the SWEETEST and KINDEST person i’ve ever met! she made my friend and i drinks at the bar while also working the front desk. She chatted with us while also giving the best service i’ve ever seen at a Hotel. Sunny was so accommodating, so friendly, along with the rest of the staff. the lady making the breakfast was running back and forth all morning feeding the large group in the breakfast room, and kept all the food stocked and FRESH the whole time. the Hotel itself was nice, very clean and comfortable, but the staff at this location really made our stay feel so inviting and comfortable. ❤️

If you are sensitive to smell this place is not for you. The room looked very clean like the photos but the cleaning fragrance or some fragrance was overwhelming. It is nonsmoking but it seemed like a smell that was trying to mask cigarette or some other smoked substance. My entire group thought so not just me. Maybe it was just the room and they had other rooms but the hotel was full because it was Valentine's Day. They were very nice about not charging. We ended up going to Holiday Inn at Uniontown and that place smelled like nonsmoking and clean.

Once again, we had visiting family stay in this hotel for the holidays and were not disappointed. Ten children and grandkids (all adults) in 5 rooms and not one negative comment. I was pleased to hear how well they thought the hotel complemented their stay. My thanks to Cheryl and her staff for making their stay easy and comfortable. So glad to have this Comfort Inn close to home!

When have you every gone on a trip and said the motel where you stayed was a highlight? Me neither, until now. We had traveled to the area for our first visit to Fallingwaters - this Comfort Inn is only about 30 minutes drive from there. The room was well-appointed - everything quite comfortable and all we needed (except for a mirror to see the back of my hair). There are four things that stand out about this Comfort Inn: |- the people are REALLY nice - everyone...not just "I am polite and helpful because this is my job" nice - super, authentically nice. They look out for you in unexpected ways.|- the location - the Inn sits in front of a river that I cannot spell or pronounce. Benches behind the Inn allow you to sit and ponder. A short walk away is a fishing area where a friend

Well I ended up having an extended stay partially due to weather, and partially due to other things. The staff here was fabulous in all ways, they took great care of the property and we're always willing to answer questions. Probably the only hotel along the new bike trail that actually rents bikes and kayaks. To top it off when there's a blizzard out and nowhere to go and they've got their little bar there that stays open until 11:00 at night. A very nice perk when you want one.
