Colusa Motel

We stayed one night. Very nice people running the motel. I just wish they had the AC on before we got into the room. It took several hours to finally get cooled down.

This place is basic but astoundingly well maintained. I observed then cleaning the outside porches and parking lot as a routine task. Our room, 116, was freshly painted and the bed was comfortable. No frills or extras but coffee pot, microwave and fridge, Solid basic lodging. We walked to dinner and in the morning to breakfast at a coffee shop and bakery, "cafinated". Farther down market street we went into "Kittle's outdoor". What a wildlife museum. Dozens and dozens of mounted animals, birds and fish. We had a good time in Colusa - hard to believe huh?

The owners are very nice, location is easy and room was spotless.

Great place! Large updated rooms, super clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of space and decent sized mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, coffee pot. AC works great. Hot showers. Large flat-screen tv with dish. The owner is fantastic and they put alot of work into keeping the whole property maintained and clean. Stayed for about a week with my husband and two pets($15per pet per night). Would recommend and will definitely be back in when in the area again! (Call them to book direct, it's cheaper and easier if you need to modify your reservation)

Large, clean modern rooms with modern bathrooms with heat and air and a large flat screen TV with "Dish". Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Parking directly outside the room. Customer service is friendly and helpful. They actually care about your stay. Perfect for a couple of days
