I have stayed in many inexpensive, dog-friendly hotels; I often travel with my dog, and don't require anything fancy. Just having a room, a bed, and running water is all I ask, but unfortunately that has also come with a lot of drawbacks in my experience: I've seen leftover alcohol bottles, dead bugs, live bugs, stained beds, horrible smells, mold, felt like I was making out with a 2-pack-a-day smoker for my entire stay... This place, was GREAT... Let's be clear, don't expect complimentary Perrier in your fridge, Andes mints on your pillow and your toilet paper oragami'd into a rose. That being said, I do not have a SINGLE complaint from my stay here. -This place is RIGHT off the highway. Couldn't be much easier. And noise-wise, I never noticed, even on the highway side. Positive: Great staff people from the kid who checked us in at night a gave suggestions about our route to the lady who checked us out in the morning. Negative: It was on the old side and also the room had a a weird smell.

This is a convenient small motel off 91. Despite their size, they offer a decent # snacks and ammenities via menu. The rooms are clean and decently equipped. They do not skimp on towels or disposable ammenities like shampoo etc.|There are no foul odors or heavy fragrances in attempts to mask foul odors. Place is clean, tub (my cleanliness barometer) is squeaky clean.|Staff is lovely, friendly and engaging. Stores and restaurants within 1-2 miles. |def recommend.

They were kind enough to let us check in about an hour early. But I won't be staying again. The entire room stank of cigarette smoke. The pillows were the worst of it (thankfully I brought my own. I wouldn't have been able to sleep otherwise). The beds were hard, but the sheets were clean. There wasn't a deadbolt on the door, and we were on the bottom floor. I put the chair in front of the door before I went to sleep. The rim inside the toilet was dirt. They clean it, but not exceptionally well. It was the least expensive in the area, by far. If that's what you want, it will work for you. Centrally located to restaurants, nice shopping, and beautiful views.

We got a room that was listed as a non-smoking room. But it was a lie as the room has clearly been smoked in for many years and the room reeked of smoke smell. It was terrible. The room clearly has non had a deep clean or replaced the carpets for decades. The carpet was even sticky when you walked on it, I’m assuming from cigarette tar. Even considered sleeping in the car for the one night we had to stay there. Never going to stay here again.
