College Hotel

Nightmarish, I don’t know how people could possibly rate this place 4 stars. The front desk people are cool and they try to do what they can but honestly the whole place needs to be gutted if not torn down. It wreaks of rats inside and is riddled with bedbugs. Trash everywhere, I don’t understand how this place exists but I suppose it’s been in the same family forever so taxes are cheap. I liked the swap meet, I wish this place got gobbled up by mid rise condos too.

This place should not be called or named by the word hotel it is so bad, the hallways smell of urine the restrooms are outside of the rooms and everybody has to share the same one, they are run down. For the owner to be charging $100 plus for a night is so unfair to the people who have to stay there. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been on the street before so anything is better than that. for the record i stayed here for a month or 28 days before i had to check out for two days and then i could come back. i didnt go back. there was a vermin problem here. i saw a mouse jump thru my wall run up to me and then ran back and jumped back thru the wall the 2nd day i was there. so i patched up every hole i saw. and enforced them with my own methods. i saw a mouse in a mouse trap a few days later as i was on the way to the shared bathrooms to use it. sometimes the bathrooms are overflowing with cockroaches its horrid. oh and btw the mouse was dead i forgot to say. the management is easily mistaken for rude. but i saw good in them. i liked them. also i used the shower which is also shared and i wore shower shoes and p

A refurbished version of the old run down College hotel. This new one has been painted a mustard orange on the outside and all redone on the inside. Today the walls are decorated in flower like colors and new tile floors throughout. The management are polite and always helpful. The rooms are all done up new.

Also known as 'The Roach Hotel'. Bedbugs, roaches and lots of homeless and junkies hanging around. Some people are living there. Rooms available at weekly rates. Would never go back unless I had no other choice. Even then, I think I'd rather sleep in my car for the night.
