This trailer park resort did not disappoint! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. Her kindess and care for the park and residents truly shows. The residents were also warm and welcoming! Thank you Louise and Amy for your hospitality!! We will be back soon!
We had a fantastic stay! Stephanie and Mike were so friendly and welcoming — they took the time to show us how everything worked in the park model and made sure we were comfortable. The campground was clean, well-maintained, and had a great vibe. Could not have asked for better. Highly recommend!
The Colden Lakes Resort was our 191st stop and we stayed for 5 nights. Booked online 51 weeks prior and had a specific site through early emails and was the same when checking in. When asking questions prior to arrival, Kate answered quickly. If you are coming from the west on 219 through Colden, be aware of some seriously steep hills (both up and down with one at 16% grade). Check in took about 20 minutes more as I found the site already had someone in it when I went to park. Back to the office with the 38 foot rig. After a bit more time and finding out there was a wrong assignment, thankfully they had one last site to put us in. If you have a motorhome with a back in site, the electric, water and sewer connections were all at the front of the site and pretty sure none of the connection
We stayed at this campground for two nights while passing through the area so we could see some old college friends. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who explained where our site was and went over some of the rules. I have to say that the way the RV gps took me was surprising, as the hills were extremely steep. Our 31 foot gas class A towing a Jeep barely made it up the one 11% grade! I had my foot to the floor, the transmission in tow mode, and watched the speedometer going down slowly as I prayed we made it to the level spot ahead. Of course, that isn't the campgrounds fault, but I wanted to give others a heads up to find an alternative route. We took a different way out (as explained by our greeter). The facility was clean, scenic, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here a
Called to take a tour as my family and I heard great things. Was told by a female owner we have nothing available for seasonal. I kindly said I was calling for a tour as we are interested even if on a wait list. She said we are closed, I once again asked to schedule a tour and was told No we dont do that. Well I said fine I will take my business else where and write a review She slammed the phone down. Not great for business. And after reading other reviews here these new owners are rude. And only play nice online for thanking people for nice reviews
