Coconut Grove Motel Inn

I guess you get what you pay for , cleaning women scared me when she came pounding at door with a horrible attitude. Also stared me down I quickly shut door and declined her services. Here the best part of all as I walked in the bathroom that night turned light on and there was a family of cockroaches that scared me more then the cleaning women . I was very upset as I could not get out of there fast enough as I also had to wash all my clothes and belongings before I had to go back home . Horrible

Front desk worker was rude and lack sympathy for paying guest. She always seems to have a bad day and takes it out on the guest whom ask questions. There has been several times services was requested and no one showed. When asked was about services we were met with attitude and rudeness. Instead of solutions and resolution. On top that being told the cops would be called and that I can leave and find another hotel if I don’t like the services. I’m not the one for problems so I walked away due to spending my hard earned money to have a safe, clean environment. management needs to do better.

This was terrible from the beginning. We checked in late on the 3rd of July and they were literally prostitutes loitering in the parking lot as well as strong smell of weed. Vagrants everywhere. One door down the occupant was standing in the doorway watching every piece we unloaded then as we were walking to get our last bit of luggage he was looking in our room at the window. Noisy as well. Trash and needles on the ground everywhere as well. Bugs and roaches were laying dead in the rooms as well as needles found in the bathroom of our room behind the toilet. ||||They cut our room keys off every single day; we had to get new cards and they were arrogant about it as well. Counter person wouldn’t listen to us when we were complaining on the noise and the other issues. The last night we were

I was able to walk to the ocean from here. People were loud outside alot... But for its price it was a good stay. Right by Walmart, and a smoke shop. If you sleep in past 9, no breakfast for you... :(

It's just a basic motel no frills no thrills but it's right on the beach front road so everything is very close. The rooms are large and the beds are clean. Would suggest bringing your own pillow and maybe a blanket there's are kinda thin. There is a pool and service is just a few steps away.
