Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Sheldon

ABSOLUTE WORST! I stayed during the day because I work nights. My car broke down and was in the shop all day. I booked a suit. The room was super insane noisy with Stomping and pounding above me all day. I got no sleep at all. They then double billed my credit card. 2 trips to the hotel to deal with it in person. Both times I was given the run around and excuses about computer failers and systems being down. The manager eventually calls, we deal with it. It's promised it'll be taken care of and he refunds the double bill. Then re bills it again "by mistake" and has to refund again. Then 4 1/2 months later I'm rebilled again for that same charge - and no one at the hotel seems to be able to do anything about it. "Just a booking mistake, happens all the time" is what I kept being to

When I arrived at the hotel I was greated with the friendliest smiles. The staff was very knowledgeable when they checked me into my room. I briefly spoke with the new manager ( Donald ) and he was professional, yet down to earth. I loves my king whirlpool suite that I upgraded to for only $20 more than a standard room! Once I went to my room, I was impressed by how clean the room was! The hotel was also conveniently located near several restaurants and a brewery in walking distance. I will definitely be back, you get alot for the price!

Fantastic experience! The staff was so kind at check in, breakfast was great every morning with so many options, I was so surprised! The second night we had some drinks at the bar in the hotel. For being a small bar, they had alot of options. When we checked out the staff was very friendly and helpful again. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, with no slamming doors. The lobby was kept cool and always had fresh coffee with a variety of flavored syrups. We are Cobblestone rewards members and were delighted to have some free waters and snacks in our room when we arrived. Hot breakfast was served with plenty of tables to sit at. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay! Everything was nice and clean and updated. Breakfast was nice the next day before we checked out. Would totally stay again!
