This place is great!!! The staff are absolutely amazing and so helpful! Cherish is the happiest 3rd shifter I know! Helpful and so nice! This girl know customer service and she shines it! Rooms are clean! The bed was so comfortable, and smelt clean and fresh! I was so relieved when checking in so late that no one was crabby that it was 10:30pm. I did however scare the gentleman half to death. He was super helpful and nice! Later, that’s where Cherish shined! I couldn’t figure out the TV, super simple you’d think. I’m apparently not so tech savvy and couldn’t figure it out. It was a connection issue and Cherish immediately gave us a new room! Anyway, take away - Clean! Quiet! Comfortable! Clean! Affordable! Room was clean and decent size. A bit noisy with an almost constant humming coming from the ceiling (room was on 4th floor) or roof. Shower had good pressure. The drapes/curtains in room only closed on one side, the other side wouldn’t move, was broken. We also waited between 3-5 minutes upon arrival for someone to come to the check-in desk.

This hotel is clean & comfortable with friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable beds & a nice view of the lake with beautiful sunrises. They have a good hot breakfast with a nice selection of items. We stay here often are never disappointed. It is also convenient to all downtown eateries & taverns.

I was charged $8 for two bottles of water that they said were in the room. The water was no on the room when we arrived. The charge came through on my card later after we had checked out. This was a simple error that would have been easy to correct with a refund to my CC, however after multiple calls to the hotel the manager never returned any of the calls. The staff has no power to offer a refund and the manager never responds. Also watch out for the sneaky charge they add on for the in room safe. They automatically add it on to the room rate then make the guests ask to take it off when checking out. This is a Mickey mouse way to nickle and dime your way out of future guest stays.
