Coati Loop Campsites

Coati loop has been closed for several weeks due to a "water leak," with no sign of any remedial work taking place or projected date to reopen. Instead, everyone is corralled into coyote. I hope this isn't going to be another one of many campgrounds at Roosevelt lake left to decay. Such a shame. Nothing ever improves here. Just more money for less, same as everything else.

Beautiful, serene, and the staff was on the ball when it comes to dealing with yahoos.

Lovely camp spot. The only issue I had was the people who arrived for memorial day weekend. I dunno if this is you or who needs to hear this, but blasting mariachi music so loud the entire campground can hear it, is rude and unnacceptable. If this was you, do not come back. And if you do come back, leave your awful music and poor habits at home. When people do this, it ruins it for everyone else. Mariachi music is the most god aweful music to ever exist. Campgrounds are not an appropriate place to "let loose" and be obnoxiously loud. They are for peace and quiet. Get the memo or don't come back. That's not a request. Other than the disrespectful neighbors, this camp ground is serene and perfect, it has everything you need. Water, restrooms, spectacular views. Spacious camp sites (spot 19

PERFECT FOR KIDS! (They have a playground at the Caoti campsites) There are many campsites available. You pay at the entrance (eletronic kiosk). You tare off your top portion of the receipt and clip it to the post on which site you decide on. It actually took us an hour to decide. We were looking for a quiet spot as some had people playing music which is fine since but we just wanted to hear nature. They had multiple bathroom locations but bring your own soap and paper products (there was toilet paper provided in the stalls). Each site comes with its own table and undercover area. We will definitely be back! It was a clean and beautiful place stay!

Clean campground. Nice bathrooms with showers. Beautiful views. And a small playground for the kids.
