Club Wyndham Sea Gardens

Stayed here with family for a quick trip. Beautiful plants and waterfalls, 5 different pools. Easy parking, clean rooms. Quick with requests like towels etc. Right across the street from the beach with their private entrance and private bathrooms. The gym is nice and has a lot more than a usual hotel gym. Dumbells go up to 30 lb, bench for lifting, shoulder press machines and leg curl machine, treadmills, bike, elliptical & even a great row machine! Cafe was good, took a long time but if you plan properly its good. Tiki bar had a limited options for drinks. Staff was very friendly. Lots of activities so if youre staying in the cabanas its pretty loud and you can hear the music in your room all day so its not very peaceful. Lovely stay! Rooms were very clean! 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Very tropical vibe plus a tiki hut bar! They had events planned every night and we were just across the street from the ocean! Highly recommend!|*Be prepared to talk to a salesman about doing a 90min seminar for a timeshare. We just said no thank you and moved along*

Positive: Magnificent hotel with very good service from its staff. The rooms are very nice and spacious, and the hotel has multiple pools and jacuzzis. Negative: The worst thing is that when you check in, they send you to confront a TimeShare representative even if you don't want to. Also, when you make a reservation online, they don't specify that you have to participate in a 90-minute talk.

This is the 8th Wyndham resort my family has stayed in. And when we ranked our favorites, this came in 8th. Our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in time and nothing to do while waiting. (As a side note, our room has always been ready at least an hour before check-in time at other Wyndham resorts we have stayed in). No games or anything to do in this lobby. No waters or drinks offered even when we mentioned we had nothing to drink over the last 10 hours of our drive. And that my blood sugar was dropping. The gardens were pretty but very MEH compared to what we are used to with Wyndham. Not many activities offered at all. Not kid friendly. Even had an employee tell me they are constantly under staffed and basically tell me their resort stinks. And we were given no soap to clean o

This resort is very interesting in that there are 4 completely different buildings that one could get a unit in. We were in a Waterfalls unit. Maintenance and cleanliness adequate, resort very responsive to issues we identified. Proximity to the beach was a primary factor in choosing this property and we took advantage of that. Three primary complaints; one being the check-in time. Rather than being "4pm" it was "4 to 6pm" and our room wasn't made available until 5pm. A bad first impression. Second, our unit in a Waterfalls unit was a "lockout". Plenty of space and nice hide-a-bed, but two issues; first was that the queen hide-a-bed was bigger than the full size bed in the bedroom.
