Clearwater 12 Motel

Loved this place! The manager is so awesome and she even went to get ice for this bunch of bikers. The bed is so nice and holy cow! You can comfortably fit a cow in these huge rooms. Their little breakfast was small but filling Anna was just cool cause you could tell they work really hard at doing it all! Promised the wonderful manager Rayna(I think) I would do this because it was the best, most comfortable time 🌸

I spent one night here at this fabulous locally-owned non-chain motel while on a motorcycle trip that took in Lolo Pass.||My king-size room (111) was spotless, spacious, fresh and stocked with plenty of towels. It was also convenient parking right outside my door.||The complimentary breakfast greatly exceed my expectations and is a step above the ones offered by Fairfield Inns and Wyndham properties. I usually skip those. The offerings included the usual continental breakfast items and eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker.||The only nit I would pick was in the morning I could hear the folks above scurrying about. No big deal since I was already up.||I highly recommend.

I never leave reviews. This place is ideal after coming off the river camping multiple days. Big clean rooms, pet friendly and the staff is amazing. Renai and her son both work there and she was helpful and delightful. He directed us where to see elk and we did. My opinion, older facilities that are well taken care of by amazing staff.

If I could put 10 stars for the service I would. The manager is amazing. staff is super kind the rooms were well stocked with clean linen, real plates and silverware. They serve a real breakfast not that Continental garbage. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. You won't be disappointed..

Great motel! We went into the town and had a wonderful dinner the location is great, room was very clean and the parking was convenient.
