This motel is the best because I feel it's the cheapest among all other and the staff was friendly

Rooms and furnishings are in need of repairs. Was over charged for the room was told it was 75 got a receipt for 75 but never told about additional charges but was charged 142 for the room decently not worth that for one night.when asked about the charge had no clue about and told me to come back on Monday. I would stay away from this place.

We were on a road trip, got to Granbury late, called several hotels and this was the only room in town, but only because they had a late cancellation. It was pet free/smoke free, so it didn't stink, which was awesome! We also didn't see any bugs, of any kind, another plus! If you know you are going to stay here my advice is to take your own bed linens and pillow. You don't want to touch the mattress. Also, take some crocs, so you can wear them around the room and in the shower. Take your own amenities including a hairdryer (they don't have one). They serve assorted pastries and coffee for breakfast, but there are also several eating places nearby. It had a good working shower, mini-fridge, microwave, AC, TV , phone and wi-fi. This hotel has obviously been renovated. I read many reviews before staying here anyway. The reviews were pretty bad. I stayed 1 night, April 12th, 2025. The room was clean, nice wood looking ceramic floor tiles. Fridge & microwave. No phone. Clean nice bathroom. TV & wifi. They forgot to tell me the 11 AM checkout time, but I found it online, just not on their website, which they evidently don't have (Google Maps). Best rate in town. Poor ratings seem to keep them lightly populated. No trashy people either. One con: No top sheet, only a medium bedspread. Pillows good. Lots of counter space & 4 chairs.

My stay has been outstanding, the maids are very kind and quick to tend to your needs. My stay has been quiet, comfortable, clean, laid back, and overall pretty nice, I cannot complain. The room could use some renovations, but in this economy Its pretty understandable that this progress is going to take some time. Personally, if your looking into staying here. I would say that taking it upon yourself to find out is a great idea! They will not disappoint! Perfect location, wonderful service, free parking, pets allowed for a low rate, comfortable sheets and pillows, fresh coffee in the morning, and ice and cheap soda! :)
