City Center Motel-Prineville

We had a great experience here! Nice big room with everything you could need, very clean, comfortable bed, comfy bedding, soft towels, hot shower, quiet, nice people, affordable, and pet friendly. There’s even a huge park next door to take the dogs on walks. I’ve gotten to where I don’t even look at chain hotels for rooms because sometimes there’s an affordable gem local motel like this one! I’d rather give my business to the locals anyway. Definitely recommend and if we come this way again we will be back. 😊

This is a wonderful motel. Great location, easy to find. The lady at the desk was incredibly nice and told me all the cool places to check out in town. The price for a room is amazingly low. And seriously this motel had the best linens on the bed I have ever slept on. If you want your bed turned down and fancy chocolates on your pillow keep on looking. If you want a inexpensive place to get some rest and enjoy the small town experience; this is the place. I will stay there the next time I go through that area.

I was planning to camp near Prineville but there was a big wildfire so I had to find an affordable place to stay. This hotel was perfect, a parking spot in front of my room, clean room, easy to walk downtown and get some food, and an affordable price. The hotel attendant was very friendly. If you are into geology there is an awesome rock collection in the motel office.

I needed a room for 1 night only as I was passing thru Prineville. I didn't need anything fancy as I was basically just going to sleep there and then leave the next morning. The name brand, chain hotels in town wanted like $250 for the night, which I thought was a little steep. So, based on the positive reviews, I booked a room here. It was perfectly fine. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the place was quiet. That's all I needed and for only $84. No, it's not fancy with updated decor or elegant furniture. It's your basic, bare bones, old school roadside motel where you park right in front of your room (a nice convenience actually). The management was friendly and the other tenants were quiet. Clean, friendly, affordable. I especially like the bathrooms as they still have all of them mid-century fixtures.
