This hotel in downtown Los Angeles was a very modern and interesting place to stay. The room were clean and thoughtfully designed, and most of the room functions were controlled through an in-room iPad, including lighting, climate control, and the TV. The lighting system was especially fun because it included a small game similar to Simon where you repeat color patterns using the room’s mood lighting. My room itself was on the smaller side but still felt cozy and well organized. The lobby was one of the standout areas of the hotel. It was a very inviting space that worked well whether you wanted to eat, get some work done, or simply relax for a while. The hotel clearly leans into a tech-forward concept, which will likely appeal to travelers who enjoy modern design and smart-room features.

Location is great! The public transportation is a few blocks away from the hotel.Hotel itself is really stylish, comfortable, and clean. Soft pillows and beddings, regular cleaning of the room, complete bathroom amenities. Loved the smart features as well. We were well relaxed after a long day of exploring the city. Staffs are also polite and helpful. Would definitely come back here!

An interesting and enjoyable experience. I would say this is for the modern, solo (at most a couple, but honestly i think i would be too tight even for 2 people), but this was a fun solo experience, the rooms are super small, but very modern and well designed for the available space, and clean. Super clean sheets/towels. My view was of downtown buildings. A large window gives the small space the breathing room it needs, and this room is a vibe...a succinct library with 3 books, and Jeff Koons' art (that you can also see at The Broad Museum just a few block away).... imagine having a room on a spaceship, small, succinct, and well designed with all that you need including a cute drawer fridge! I stayed here for a business trip. Many red flags: * I was double charged for my reservation. My sponsoring company paid for the hotel reservation, but at check in I was told that the room still needed to be paid for. I had my receipt, but the front desk clerk was unhelpful. * The room is quite small, barely enough for one person to stand in. The bed is also quite stiff. * It is impossible to connect anything to the TV that does not support chromecast. I was planning on connecting a gaming console using the HDMI port, but although the TV had an HDMI port their entertainment system wouldn't allow the TV to recognize it (they don't give remotes, only locked-down ipads). When I called the front desk to ask how to set it up, the front desk manager condescendingly told me that the only solut

Comfortable beds and linens. Great black out curtains. High tech with an iPad that controls everything. Check-in was a little clunky with the iPads and I would rather not upload my ID, when in the past they would just look at it. The common space is very colorful, lots of people working in the common areas. Has a bit of an Aloft vibe. I usually prefer a more chill hotel experience but this looked fun. You should be comfortable in urban settings, the neighborhood can seem a bit dicey, but I generally felt safe. Good spot for the price.
