Don't stay here!!!!! Just........don't. I stayed here over the summer and had a really good experience so I thought I'd try it again yesterday when I came to Cisco for my school Homecoming........little did I know what was about to unfold. I called the day before I left and told them what kind of room I wanted and they're all "sure....no problem." After a few minutes, they called me back because they thought I was coming that day so I thought "Ok, we all get confused sometimes, no biggie" and we had it all straightened out......or so I thought. I get to Cisco yesterday, fill out my card, present my identification and before I could even pay, the lady at the desk was all "No, I'm sorry, we don't have (the kind of room I specified), you'll have to go across the road to the Executive Inn (

I came to Cisco for a school reunion and since the place I usually stay when I come here was booked, this was the next choice. ||I was a bit hesitant because I didn't have a pleasant experience last time I stayed here but it was my only other choice so I checked in. ||Front desk service was MUCH BETTER than last time and employees were a lot more friendly. I got to my room and it had been completely redone and looked a lot cleaner and didn't have a musty smell like last time. Wi-Fi actually worked and there's more to choose from on the TV. ||It looks like it's changed ownership since last time and it got some much-needed TLC because the grounds look like they've been kept up, the exterior is well-lit, and it looks like they actually care about having customers. ||Will most definitely stay

Last minute impulsive decision to get outta town, nowhere in particular just away... The heat was so oppressive, even my ride or die dog was just miserable. Spotted this place, pulled off 20 and called it. The owners were so genuinely nice. They asked if I was okay, gave me a bottle of ice cold H20, and a sparkling clean room that had already been cooled down, and that was after I interrupted their family dinner! Thanks y'all for making us feel so welcome. 🙏

They don’t clean ur rooms. I’ve been sleeping on the same sheets for 3 months now. They also haven’t swept since I been here neither. Trash is barely taken out. They forget towels quite often when they do “service” ur room. I’d only give this place a stay and go title

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed!!! And I am not picky. I generally stay in $15 hostels when traveling. I am all about the cheap road trip hotels just for the bed and shower. But this place was another level of disgusting. Walking in to the room the first thing we see is a pile of squished old grapes next to the bed and bedside table that no one has cleaned for who knows how long. The shower leaked all over the floor we had to lay towels all over the place! It stank so bad I used body spray all over the room to help it smell better. No service, couldn’t complain to anyone about the situation because staff didn’t speak almost any English just the bare minimum. Feral cats and trash all over the place. Heater turned off after 10 mins and would not turn back on. Can barely
