If you like the suspension on your vehicle, you should avoid this place. The roads throughout the park are in such a state of disrepair that they barely qualify as anything more than hiking trails.
I live there and everyone that I have encountered has been no less than very nice. A fine place to.live, close to everything Beaumont.
Don't live here if you can find another place , The Owens don't do anything here
That place not good place to live at. It's all run down. The owners don't keep it nice.
This is one of the place where they always still from people specialy hispanic DO NOT GO THERE or you will regret it .they will rip you off...
