Circle S Motel

Showed up and they had blown off my reservation. No regret or offer of assistance. Just as well, the place is a dump. Trash everywhere. Bldg falling apart. Just run away!

I was very surprised. For the price this may have been the best deal on my whole trip. The room had a pleasant scent that reminded me of a place I stayed as a kid. The room was clean, well appointed, lacked for nothing. There was a Lazy Boy chair, and a full size refrigerator. Carpet had some marks on it, but I was not worried about that. Any one item that had been missing on any of my other stays was present here. If I were going to go to Lexington again, I would certainly stay here. It's a scant 15 miles to Lexington, and this motel beats the most inexpensive option there both in price and cleanliness.

Staff was helpful. Full size refrigerator in room. Fresh outside paint (white and purple.) Room was gross. Dead bugs all over the place and the bathroom needs serious work. This was our third stay at a Knights Inn, all have been dumps. The $$ we spent was not worth it, considering we slept in our clothes, not under the covers and did not use the shower. Never again! Don't say here.

Very disappointed. First gave me a key to a room already occupied. New room had 2 coffee pots, no coffee, no cups. No hand towels. No bath matt. One of the beds had no pillow cases. No cups in the room at all. No kleenex. Owner was very friendly but I felt the room was lacking in the bare necessities. Maybe not totally cleaned for the next guest????

They need to clean and repair the premises. The room next to us had a broken window. Our tub didn't drain and the faucet in the tub worked, but was broken. There is mold on the tile. The chairs were stained. Our king size bed's springs were 2 twin beds. The sink had a crack in it and there isn't much lighting. The room smelled and the AC wasn't working well. They are not serving breakfast and the pool is not working.
