The managers are great and have had no issues. They have gotten rid of problem makers. Also now accept rent to be paid by debit card. That wasn't an option years ago. I had issues in 2022 when I lived there the first time which is why I moved. Had a guy that lived across from me steal my gas out of my truck and ruined my back tank in the process.

Simple, affordable place to hook up and sleep for the night. Was able to make a last minute after hours reservation.

Super affordable monthly rates, water, trash and electricity included. Great place to live. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, PetSmart, and even the hospital. Would get better review but the bathrooms are a disaster and only maybe one dryer works... If only management had some sort of budget to make repairs this place could become more profitable...

Was living here for 2 yrs and when we went to move out they never gave us our deposit back plus one month rent that we accidentally overpaid I would not recommend staying here unless you want your money stolen, lights and water are always going out on top of all the pot holes that make it almost impossible to drive on much less park a trailer. Amy Lewis is a joke the owner needs to fire everyone thats employees through him not a good place.
