Positive: The gentleman at the front desk,was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind and fun. We had a 12 hour drive and he chased the fatigue away with his amazing personality and professional skills. He helped his coworker and kept it upbeat. Great ! Negative: Going from the great experience with at the front desk to the following afternoon. Im not sure if she was having a bad day but she seems very standoffish or just wanted to move us along. Could use more like hotel employee

This is a great hotel, probably my favorite on the strip. It's at the top of freemont street, so it makes it nice for walking all of freemont street easily. Definitely their checkin process is one of the easiest out of any of the big casino hotels on the strip the amount of walking you have to do from parking to your hotel room is probably one of the most minimal out of any I've stayed at, so thats a huge plus for me as i do business in the area often, coming and going is super easy and free for guests. So that gets my 5 stars alone. But the rooms are quite nice and updated

The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing. Compared to other casinos we visited, Circa is top notch when it comes to cleanliness (clean bathrooms, spacious gaming floor, security, etc). Our room w/ stadium swim view was nice. Water pressure, amazing! No in-room microwave so my leftovers from the Triple 7 Microbrewery went in the trash. I did come for a work seminar hosted at Circa and the room was booked for me by my employer. I was put off by the fact that I was personally responsible to pay for my room balance even though the reservation was secured by our company card. How many people come here for work related events and have no idea that they have to stroke a personal credit card for their stay? That should be relayed during the reservation.

Whenever my wife and I find ourselves making our way down the wonderfully chaotic stretch that is the Fremont Street Experience, we know exactly where to go when we need a break from the flashing lights, live music, and general sensory overload, Circa. Circa Resort & Casino has become our go-to reset button in the middle of Fremont Street. The atmosphere inside strikes the perfect balance: still energetic and fun, but without the full-throttle madness happening just outside. It feels modern, polished, and intentionally designed for adults who want to enjoy the Vegas vibe without being bowled over by it. The staff in the casino has always been fantastic. This hotel is racist and judgmental if you are black and want to feel comfortable DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel staff are really rude, inconsiderate, and unwelcoming. My fiancé and I booked a business trip to look at wedding venues from Friday - Monday. We live in LA and we both had work Friday so we could not leave until 6:30 pm. So it was only gonna take max 5 hours to get there so we didn't bother to call about being late because we wouldn't be. Also it's Vegas people come in at all hours and we already paid for our rooms plus we were stay for 4 days. While on the road our car caught a flat and I didn't have a spare so we had to wait 2 hours for them to come fix the tire on the side of the road. There was no reception where we were so we couldn't call them and we paid for the rooms alread
