Chuck's RV Resort

Really nice place! Christie the property manager is awesome! Really friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. Easy access off the main highway and very little highway noise. Town is very close so getting groceries and supplies are easy. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice quiet park.Kristi the manager was extremely friendly. Nice long spaces. Young trees, picnic tables and fire pits at most sights. Could use a club house for games visiting, puzzles etc. watching tv (football) instead of in the heat at the pool (small spot of shade). Maybe some umbrellas. Foot truck most days. My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at Chuck’s RV Resort in Mabank, Texas since mid-April and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we pulled in, it was clear this is a well-managed and welcoming park. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The sites/grounds are meticulously maintained, although it can become muddy after a storm. You won’t find any overflowing trash bins or neglected corners—everything feels fresh and cared for, which makes our stay all the more relaxing. One of the standout features for us is the dog park. It’s not just a patch of grass—it’s huge, giving pets plenty of space to run, play, and stretch their legs. Our dogs love it, and we appreciated how well it was maintained and securely fenced. This is a great RV site! It is new and appears they thought of everything to make your stay feel homey. The sites are oversized with ample parking. I used the shower as we had unhooked everything and loved their shower. The name includes Resort and for sure, it gives you the feeling of a Resort. Whenever, we are in the area, it would be a first option for us. It is worth returning to.
