Chateau Motor Lodge

This place is a hole in the wall. Nothing has been updated probably since it was built. The room had lots of mold. The toilet seat kept on sliding underneath me. I do not think that they wash the linens. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere. This place should be demolished. There was a burn mark from an iron in the rug.

Place was horrible. The office smelled like there were 12 cats in the back. As soon as we walked into room 14 it smelled like mildew. There was blood, poop, and mouse poop on the bathroom floor, you could tell there was a mouse in the bathroom vent. There was a used qtip behind the dresser. We had to go buy our own sheets and pillowcases because the ones on there stunk and looked filthy. There was no protective cover on the bed and the mattress was stained to hell. Spiders, webs, and nests all over the ceiling. Place looks like it’s never been dusted. ||||Never again. Had we not lost our bank card, we’d have gone some place else.

100% do not recommend. Booked a room last minute and we told the front desk that we would be there in about 30 minutes according to the gps. Well due to traffic it took us almost 45 minutes to get there and it was already 10 pm when we checked in. Anyway this motel is supposed to be non smoking and the first that i smelled was a VERY strong smell of cigarettes and i’m very allergic to the smell of cigarettes and i noticed the holes in the piece of furniture as if someone punched it. So it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. Then i started checking the bed for bugs because this room was not at all what it was supposed to be and under the “bed protector” which is just like a square piece of fabric was a large of what seemed to be a pee stain. Honestly the only nice part is the front of it. Wait till you see the inside, and now since I couldn’t get my money back for a dirty place so here’s this review. I couldn’t get my money back because apparently the fridge is filled with mold, blankets with piss stains and the whole place smelled like mildew. Let’s also realize all around the corners and edges of the floor there’s dirt, crumbs, build up of just god knows what else all stuffed. Oh and also found a dead bug on one of the blankets. The bathtub looked like it was also half finished and whoever they hired just decided to forget about it. But I couldn’t get my money back. The guy also at the front gave a vibe like I was bothering him of his sit down time yet I couldn’t get my money back. How about less sitting and more cleaning? I

I booked a room and had a lil bit of trouble with owner finding reserved spot. Good area but ac unit had posion ivy growing threw side of unit. Bathroom was clean but shower needs to be replaced. Very low maintenance to property.
