Cedarwood Lodge

Update there are new owners at Cedarwood! They are super nice people. Came and introduced themselves to our group on the first night. We continue to come back year after year. The back porch of the main lodge is one of the most peaceful places to sit and watch it all go by. This is an amazing place to stay for a little fishing fun. We've used this place for over five years and keep coming back year after year. The location is supreme, and the overall ambiance is great for a fishing trip. The kitchen is awesome, and the grills are great. The owners Mary Ann and Ken make it into a great place. If your looking for a place to call home for your next White River fishing trip, look no further call ASAP. They book up to a year in advance.

This lodge is absolutely perfect for families and friends. They have the right cabin and accommodations for just about any occasion. I just returned from a quick fly-fishing trip with a couple of friends. We stayed in the River Cabin. The owners are very friendly, responsive and helpful. They do a great job keeping it well-maintained. The location is ideally-situated along the White River which makes it convenient for everyone. There is even a bald eagle nest directly across the river. ||I will be back.

We had talked with some friends of ours about a place they had heard of, so I thought we would try it out - just to get away and take a breather. We arrived during the evening, so all we saw was the cute seating area with lights hanging from the tree around the fire pit. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely adorable ... comfy, rustic - PERFECT! The views of the river were just beautiful ... and even though it was rainy most of the weekend, we still had the best time staying at Cedarwood Lodge! Also, I cannot say enough about Mary Ann ... she told me all that we needed to know and was incredibly responsive to any needs we had. If you need to get away and unplug, I absolutely think you should come to Cedarwood Lodge. My only recommendation - stay 3 nights instead of two!! Thank you so

We stayed a couple of nights in the Gruenehaus cottage and found it a wonderful place to stay!! The view of the river was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were nice with plenty of towels and hot water. The large screen TV was a nice surprise, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pet friendly was a bonus also! Mary Ann was very welcoming and helpful, we can’t wait to return this summer for a family vacation at the Lodge.

Cedar Wood Lodge is hands down the most hospitable place to stay! Very clean, very, accommodating, excellent atmosphere! Home away from home! We stayed at Cedar Wood Cottage for a Labor Day wedding weekend and I can’t give enough praise on how cozy and comfortable this property is. The wedding venue was down the road at Kyles Landing, which Maryanne (owner) also helps manage. Thank you so much for being a great host!
