Cedar Wood Resort

Cedar Wood Resort has become our favorite destination in the Branson area. We have stayed at Cedar Wood 4 times over the past few years and have never been disappointed. We love the atmosphere and the laid back nature of this hidden gem. Prices are extremely reasonable for a clean comfortable cabin with all the amenities. Owners Mike and Lori provide a wonderful experience in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Branson. We will definitely be back and can only hope our visit will be as positive and enjoyable as it's been in the past. I highly recommend Cedar Wood for a Branson trip.

Cedar Wood Resort was a perfect location for our family of 3 (2 adults & (1) 5 month old) and our dog. The resort was quiet, check in was a breeze, and there are plenty of activities to do for older kids and adults.

Absolutely love this resort! This was our second stay—our first was 12 years ago—and it was somehow even better this time. The cabins are clean, spacious, and just steps from a beautiful, well-maintained pool. There are so many thoughtful perks: a griddle, grill, easy access to buy ice, and a dock just a quick 5-minute walk (or even faster if you bring a golf cart like we did). It’s a great spot for kids to swim and play, with a swing and picnic table nearby for relaxing. Perfect if you’re bringing boats or jet skis—we brought both and had a blast. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. You truly can’t beat this place for the price, the hospitality, and the overall experience!

We have stayed at the Cedarwood Resort twice and it has become our go-to place to stay in West Branson / Kimberling City. The location is very convenient for all our activities while we're visiting the area.  The cabins are very clean and comfortable and came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The resort host Mike is very friendly and helpful in our dealings with him. Cost was very reasonable when compared too many places in the Branson area. We have only stayed in the offseason (mid-fall) but have noticed several activities geared towards families and children to enhance your visit. Cedarwood Resort is pet friendly which we greatly appreciate and it's an easy walk to the lakeshore. We look forward to our next trip to the area and will definitely pick the Cedarwood

This was the perfect place for my tournament that left out of Kimberling landing. Room was clean, private boat ramp even a boat slip. Plenty room to park a boat. Great experience 👍
