Cedar Haven Cottages

Growing up in the 70's my grandparents owned the trailer next to the Wunderlichs location. My brother and I would spend the summer months at the lake and we looked forward to all the family's that would rotate in for vacation. We were in grade school and would have a blast with all the kids our age who would come up for a week or two at a time. The entire Wunderlich family was very gracious and kind to my family. My fondest memories of cleaning perch in the fish house, jumping off the dock, hanging by the fire pit at night. We were neighbors but they treated us like family. Wondering if anyone visiting this site was my age back then and remember hanging out.

Have known the owners for more than 4 decades. My Wiedenkeller grandparents began staying here with their 3 kids + all of their children back in the late 60's (?). Then, sadly they passed away and the baton was turned over to my mother & her 2 siblings. Every summer for one week, every family member was invited to come & relax here at Cedar Haven. And, the family began to expand from renting 3-4 cottages to renting all of the cottages. Here it is 2017 and the baton once again has been passed down the line to my mother's oldest child. It's kind of sad that now it's no longer a "family" vacation but, more of a invite anyone you want "free-for-all". The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wunderlich are truly amazing loving people to have put up with this Dolson clan all of these decades. Will Spilling is one

Get away from it all, relax, breathe, light a fire, take a swim. These cottages have been absolutely beautiful to stay in for the past 43 yrs., one full week every summer with the whole family.

Family had been coming here for several generations. Great location, nice cabins, and wonderful owners.

Been coming here for over two decades. The best people and best spot on the lake.
