Caver's Paradise

Caver's Paradise is our new home! I've been here several times in the past between camping out, staying with friends, and going to Cavefest over the years. Every time I absolutely loved this place! There is a lake right behind our cabin that is gorgeous! There is a community fire pit and pavilion for gathering and sharing stories. And a pavilion for getting in out of the rain. There are also bathrooms with showers for freshening up. All the people here are great and many cavers often stop by on their adventures passing through or staying for the weekend! Plenty of trails for hiking, solitude for peace of mind, a volleyball court for fun, and a hot tub! This place rocks! Maureen, Woody, and Les are super helpful and all around great folks to talk to and hang out with! 5 stars +

Beautiful grounds and very pleasant hosts. Just what my pro-solitude self needed.

Stopped by twice while on an eclipse viewing road trip. Very nice to grab a hot shower. Also, great for star gazing. far enough from big cities that there isn’t a lot of light pollution.

Fantastic campground, absolutely splendid place to spend the evenings when spending the days caving. Hot tub and sauna are a big hit for everyone, and the bathroom facilities are very nice. The spigots for water are also really handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Private campground that is great for hosting small outdoor gatherings and is the ideal camping location for large groups of cavers visiting from out-of-state. Contact the owner via the website for information regarding visiting, cost per night, etc.
