Catalina by the Beach

Stayed here Jan 27-Feb 3, 2026. Sent many concerns of issues to host, including: no hot water in bath sink, painted over dirt and hair in bathroom sink and tub, badly damaged bath cabinet, weak wifi (mostly would not work), no TV stations (streaming only, rarely works), can hear everything next door, damaged blind and entry door, unusual severe cold front in Florida and host said they cannot provide blanket or heat in unit, 1-thin sheet set on bed, pillows so so hard. Pool was warm and good though. Host said they’d fix issues day 3-4 and never did.

In July we reserved and paid for two weeks in February. Two days before the date they canceled us. Not good they are not to be trusted not good business people
