Casablanca Inn

Rooms are a bit dated. I think some of the rooms are getting renovated though. The pool looks much nicer in the photos. The star of this place is the service. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. Breakfast in the morning was good too. Someone will serve it to you. You can then take it to your room or eat outside. Covered parking is nice too They are pet friendly too for an extra 50 bucks.

This stay didn’t work out, though we were ultimately refunded.||We reserved and paid for a room with a balcony and jetted tub. At check-in, nothing was mentioned, but the room provided did not have a balcony. Staff later acknowledged the room had been switched.||We declined the substitute room and never used it. Communication with management was poor, and we were left without accommodations for the night, requiring us to find another hotel.||The refund was eventually processed, which I appreciate, but the overall handling of the situation left a lot to be desired.

I stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms, a 2 queen bed, standard, on the second floor, I have stayed here several times over the years. I have to say, the room was great! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, with plenty of towels; I had everything I needed. I slept well, the hotel was full but there were no noise issues, it tends to be a considerate crowd. Yes, the furniture and decor are a bit dated but it was perfectly acceptable; no stains or odd smells by any means. The staff were friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast is basic but gets the job done. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and maintained. In terms of value, it's the best deal I have found.

Nice, local motel/hotel. No services but rooms are good sized, well furnished and clean. Plenty of towels and a good big screen TV with local and national channels. They have apparently decided not to refill the bathtub/shower soap And shampoo dispensers but we brought our own shampoo and they provided one small bar of soap. We avoid booking with the hotel brokers and instead try to use the hotel website or just call so hotels don't have to pay a broker commission. Usually this also results in a reduced cost for the room too. Here however it backfired. Hotel com quotes 110 dollars. We paid 150, after the senior discount, booking direct.
