Casa Rosa Inn

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Rosa Inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had a great experience with the managers, Dee and Janu, they were kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. 🙏🏻☺️Their hospitality truly made a difference. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything in Port Isabel and just a short drive to South Padre Island. The beds were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and safe. Casa Rosa Inn in Port Isabel is an amazing place to stay, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and beautiful views. Walmart, H-E-B, and many great restaurants are all nearby, which makes everything very convenient. It’s great for both vacation stays and long-term living. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back

Was charged for 4.99 a night for cleaning service never had my room cleaned once. Was also charged for $4.99 a night for clean linen for four nights never received any. Had to ask for towels twice. Found dead cockroach in my room which is normal for this area. So it's not surprised. Patch holes on the walls that were never painted. Took my dog outside to go to the bathroom before bed and found a homeless man sleeping in the bushes next to the building. Did not make me feel very safe. Had to be up at 5:00 a.m. to leave and people were still in the pool at 1:00 a.m. with children screaming and loud music playing. Even though the sign said pool closed at 10:00 p.m. apparently if you want your room cleaned or get clean towels you have to ask for it which I was not told when I checked in. At l

Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: Smells like water damage.Sink backs up after @ 5 seconds of the water being on and takes forever to go down. Shower was dirty. Towels very coarse. Breakfast starts at 7:30!!!!! Most of the occupants are construction workers that start work at 7:00!!!!

A great place to stay, very clean large rooms, and friendly staff. We're winter Texans and have stayed here for two months for the past eight years. Book by the month and there's no sales or room tax. It really is our home away from home. The new owners are a very nice young couple (picture 4) and have been doing a lot of renovations. Staying in Port Isabel has its advantages by being close to the shops and services you need every day without the tourist trap feeling on the island. We'll definitely be back again.
