Our stay at Carrabelle Beach RV Resort in January was nothing short of exceptional and has set a new benchmark for what a coastal RV experience should be. We stayed at Site 37, a premier front-row location directly across the street from the beach, and the value proposition was immediately clear. Unobstructed sunset views nearly every evening, the sound of the surf, and the ability to step out and be at the water in moments created an experience that simply cannot be replicated elsewhere—especially when escaping winter temperatures. From an operations standpoint, the campground is immaculately maintained. Grounds, sites, and common areas are clearly managed with pride and attention to detail, reinforcing a high standard of care across the property. This is not a “good enough” campground—i

This area is beautiful the beaches the scenery is great. We were recommended by friends to this resort. We lucked out on our tiny home rental. The owner definitely put a lot of love into this home. Although this is an tv resort they do have some rentals, each one is different bases on the owner. ||The resort is well laid out, clean well maintained thanks to Lewis!|The office promotes Interest and WiFi throughout the Site but the WiFi barely exists.||We were there for 38 days and finally got in the pool on day 35! They don’t seem to to understand overnight delivery does work. The pool was closed twice for Too Long, the part was in the Mail? Really?

I stayed at the Sea Star cabin. It was cozy and comfy. The decor was very cute. There were a few things I couldn't find such as a kitchen sponge, etc. It seems to need a thorough dusting. (I only mention this because of a $65 cleaning fee.) Otherwise, it was great! Had a wonderful time and the weather was brisk and sunny ☀️. I would definitely stay again. I do want to add that I loved the large deck and porch swing!

This place is not a Resort. It's a small campground across the street from a public beach that has very low water pressure!!! They charge a $9/night utility fee, a booking fee, 2 different county taxes, and a state tax. They must have sent me at least a dozen emails for 1 reservation. Sorry, but I only need one! The roads wiithin the park are tight!!!

We love coming here! u noticed some not so nice reviews on here. 1 the dumpster will smell like trash. That is where they put our trash that they pick up. 2 If you need assistance parking your RV maybe you should bring someone with you! The resort is always cleaned and well maintained. The staff is always very friendly and accomadating. The paint in the bathroom looks very nice! water pressure in the bath house is great! there is a beach across the street. If you don't like that one, there are others. Google will help you find it. As for food, IGA is down the street. They close at 8 pm. We have been coming here for years. They have laundry facilities and a rec room too!It is a small town but you have several towns on this forgotten gulf coast
