This place was great as a kid growing up but now my kids can't even play tennis the courts are destroyed. They no longer have family activities at the group mess hall. They also have a very dirty pool. This place has put more effort into the new locked gated community it is a sin.

We visit here every summer thanks to a friend who owns a mobile home here. The grounds are well kept and the locals/regulars are friendly. Within 15 to 20 minutes of several beaches. We look forward to our trip every summer and have 3 visits planned this summer. Bath houses are kept very clean and the laundry facilities are very convenient. Pool is a nice incentive but it’s small and will get crowded quickly.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to the Boardwalk, one of the homeowners opened up their place as an AirBnB, and we loved it. The scenery was quite beautiful, and it was never noisy outside because everyone seemed to respect the 10:30 pm curfew, so we really enjoyed sitting outside. Along with that, pool that was open to all residents was quite nice, and everyone there seemed friendly and was willing to tell us a bit about the area to help us find our way around. We certainly plan on coming back sometime soon for another trip.

Could be more to do in summer, maybe even pool open later on weekends. Over all though great place, cool residents during the summer months, pool is always clean and always cold. Great escape from city, and a hop skip and jump to the beach

Only went to see an associate briefly. I was expecting a camp ground type resort, I was meeting someone who had an RV. However, what I entered resembled more closely to a mobile home (Trailer) park. With semi permanent trailers on clearly marked packed down dirt roads with sidewalks, and street signs. That had tow-behind campers and drivable RVs mixed in at random. To be honest, the curiosity was rather enjoyable and humerus.
