Carlton Motel/Hotel

Small room clogged sink but quiet enough to sleep.. which is all I needed.

Definitely mixed emotions on this room! Looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. With that being said a lot of work still needs to be done to this place. The bed was the cleanest part which is amazing no bed bugs! The tv didn't work. There wasn't a table to put anything on. The toliet and towel rack need to be replaced. The towels are old and smell like chemicals. I would bring your own towels and we brought our own sheets. Only there for a night to sleep but wouldn't stay more than one night to sleep. Pretty quite at night for the most part. Didn't seem to have problems with neighbors, walls are thin. I personally don't think they should be charging over $50 until a full remodel is done. We paid $100. The owners have little patience, they are not there to put up with anyone. No phon

I wish I would of took pictures of this awful room. Ninety five dollars a nice the room was so plain one full size bed, 29 inch television but it had Roku installed, shower only, no fridge no microwave and no Hot Water so both of my showers were ice cold. Finger prints everywhere and a dirty toilet. I really wanted some money back but my guy wouldn't allow me to get some of his money back with my complaints. But he can't stop me from spreading the word. The worst this year but I can say besides the clean up guy begging for cigarettes the family running the place was very nice. But the place was not worth ninety five dollars any day.

I'm giving it two stars because of the hospitality of the nice Indian family. Other than that I should of paid twenty dollars more for consistent WIFI service, clean room, and towels and sheets that had hair and stains on them. I want to blame it on the past rain that we had so it made it probably difficult to keep up with the upkeep of these rooms but I can't there's no excuse. The walls are also thin...meaning you can hear people next door so bring a good pair of head phones. The shower temperature is barely warm...which is odd because the intake lines to the sink and shower usually run on the same water pipe so it was hard to understand why the heat on the sink water was really hot and the shower was much cooler. For one night its okay. I won't come back.

Checked in here for a little bit of R&R. The price is $80 +$5 key deposit. The room was nice and clean queen size bed small walk in closet, and the restroom has a HUGH sizes shower... Big enough for two adults... Just saying.
