Carillon Beach Resort Inn

We had a great stay! Will be back! Loved the community, especially riding around in the golf cart we rented. The cart helped with getting to the beach and pools, there is parking for the carts in those areas! Beautiful private beach, with several walkovers and our favorite pool was the one overlooking the beach! We loved the balcony and sat out on it quite a bit, watching the wildlife and listening to the ocean waves! Even though it’s not on the ocean it sits on the little lake and past that is the ocean! Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carillon Beach Resort Inn and can’t wait to return! It’s in the perfect location—just a short drive to all the amazing food and shopping in Panama City Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. One of our favorite parts was the private beach access exclusive to Carillon guests—no crowded beaches, just peaceful, beautiful shoreline. Carillon itself feels like a charming, upscale beach town with great shops, dining options, and a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities are also fantastic—pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and even a basketball court. It truly has everything you could want for a beach getaway. My husband and I are already planning our next stay—it’s seriously the best place!

Loved our time here. I wanted to write a new review, because when I was planning our vacation here on a friend’s recommendation the negative reviews on Google nearly scared me away. I’m glad I ignored the negative reviews and kept my reservation. We stayed in June 2022. Our room was very nice, but there were things I noticed that could be a bit better in the cosmetic/maintenance department, but it didn’t detract from our stay. For example, in room 515, the toilet paper holder is barely hanging on, the bathroom could use new caulking around the bathtub and new paint on the baseboards. The kitchen only has a small bar sink and the hot and cold water are reversed. Again, not enough of an issue to complain about the stay. The unit was spotless and beautifully designed, with a calming, beach luxe aesthetic that immediately set the tone for relaxation. It came fully stocked with cookware, cutlery, and all the essentials for a smooth and comfortable stay. All of the pictures on Airbnb were accurate. The hosts were very responsive in answering questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. After driving nine hours into Florida, I slept better than I do at home. The beach was beautiful. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the access point. This trip was about rest, reflection, and prepping for an upcoming promotional exam. I needed a space that fostered focus and peace, and this unit delivered on all fronts. *That said, as an African-American

I enjoyed staying here. Our condo wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but that's on the condo owner. We didn't bring pets, but we enjoyed seeing the dogs around and were impressed by how clean the grounds were despite having dogs on the property. The lake is beautiful as well. The walk to the beach was a little further than I would've liked, but the pool area was great. Also, it was very quiet. We'd stay here again.
