This place is terrible!!!! They lied about so much, do not move here! I have no idea what they did to the rules here but I wouldn’t suggest this place. Water was brown for days and we have to pay for it. The kids around are starting to get yelled at for being kids. The poor things have no where to play. The price of everything is becoming insane. They said they charge you by the amount of people in a house (for water). We’ve compared with neighbors and there is definitely no rhyme or reason to it. All they care about is stuffing the community with houses. Yards are becoming non existent, no playgrounds, the water sucks (we only use bottled). This place has so many rules that make it so it doesn’t allow much. We never had to pay for garbage. Now we do. (Which isn’t a big deal) No kiddie poo

I, myself and two other girls I am still in contact with lived there in the 80's. We all have severe health issues. We are starting to think it was from bathing and playing in the water there. Has anyone else experienced any issues like this from living there?

They are terrible here. RUDE. The office is NEVER open. They want to give warnings like it’s bubble gum to pass out. Kid friendly? Absolutely not. Took out the playground (years ago) but they are “working on it”. Can’t use the yards or the open grass area. No kiddie pools. Have been told that kids can’t ride bikes “for safety”. The office is never open. Water and trash used to be included but now it gets raised every chance they get to raise it. Most of community hates it here. Anyone will tell you. There is a Facebook group dedicated to how terrible it is. Don’t move here. Save yourself the issues. Seriously.

I feel management mislead me about qualifying to be able to buy or rent something in Rose Lake Estates.

Fortville always has a good staff... unfortunately Subway may be outpricing me
