Captain's Table Hotel by Everglades Adventures

The check-in staff were truly lovely, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They provided clear instructions for checking in at a nearby location just about a minute up the street, which was not a problem at all. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we really appreciated the spacious rooms. The screened-in porches were a wonderful bonus and gave us extra space to relax. Having what felt like a full kitchen made our stay even more comfortable and convenient, especially for a family. The location was also perfect for our Everglades tour, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

This was our second time staying at Captains Table hotel in the Everglades. The outside of the building could use some updating and the screened porch needs the screens replaced. The rooms were updated and very nice. Very modern inside and a large shower. The kitchen is big and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and pleasant at check in. They were very informative about the area and places to eat. We will definitely return!

The building that houses The Captains Table Motel is a charming reminder of Everglades City’s past. But the charm stops there. Our hotel room was grossly overpriced, dark, dank and soulless. The faux leather/chrome furniture looked as though it had been bought in bulk from a Drury Suites. Coils of wire hung underneath the television. It was the most depressing place I have ever stayed. Heard from a local that an out of towner bought three properties, Captains Table being one - obvious he has no interest in maintaining the charm of Everglades City - just in maximizing profit.

Low season. I had to check in at another hotel. Standard tourist town motel. Very large rooms with frig and microwave. Comfortable beds

Clean room but falling apart l. Air boat is all they have to do all private property bring your wallet they know how to do it.
