Location and service were great. But the room was terrible. The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, and you could feel and hear the springs. The room also smelled like it had been sprayed with room freshener to cover a smoke smell, someone with allergies would not do well in the room I stayed in. Lastly, the white bedspread had SEVERAL stains. Just have a dirty appearance even if it had been washed.

Do not let them fool you. They do have a beautiful pool and hot tub. But staff says they have been closed for months and they have no clue if they will even ever have them fixed and open for guest use, that the owner does not want to put any money in to fix them, he would rather fill them with concrete. The holiday inn behind it does have a working pool and hot tub. Enough of the false advertising please.

I stayed here for work travel. Having access to a stovetop & fridge while on the road is great if you want to avoid eating out constantly. The gym has free weights, a few weight machines, and a couple machines for cardio as well. Beds were comfy and the temperature control was good as well. I'd recommend this hotel, but do remember Candlewood doesn't offer breakfast like HIE or Staybridge. That being said, you have a kitchen, so I recommend bringing some oatmeal :)

We booked this hotel three weeks in advance due to the pool and hot tub. When we arrived, we discovered that both were out of order. There was no prior notification or courtesy discount. We were not pleased.

I'm a truck driver (owner-op) all of the young ladies at this hotel where absolutely wonderful. They took good care of me on all shifts. I was there for a week damn near so I meet everyone. The location was walking range from everything the dealership, truck stop, restaurants. The rooms are clean and nice. They knew my truck was in the shop and they really cared. Because of one of them I'm a member now. I'll be back 😍 🥰.
