Candlewood Suites Safety Harbor - Clearwater NE by IHG

This hotel is located with easy access to a few restaurants and store. The staff is great, knowledge and accommodating. We stayed in a king room. The room was spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too. I wasn't able to adequately change the thermostat so I was chilly. I would recommend they store extra blanket in closet. Internet was weak, even down the hall from check in. Neighbors next door were noisy.

The hotel location is fantastic, the cleanliness was on point. The staff were phenomenal & helpful. The room & amenities were clean. Our room was huge with plenty of closet space, oversized bathroom and the kitchenette is perfect for quick meals. Our only complaint is with the choice of pillows they provided. They looked fluffy- normal- but once you laid your head down on them they flattened down like a pancake! You literally could hear the air express out! If you can bring your own or go buy cheap pillows for your stay.

Gave us an excellent room suite. Unfortunately their elevator was broke down and they were stuck waiting for part shipped in. Not their fault for sure. They were extra helpful and we were able to use dryer to dry bathing suits. Staff was very friendly, had a great comfortable sleep. Only fault was waiting very, very long time for hot water.

Positive: Huge rooms, hot water, great water pressure in room 234, free laundry and very quiet! Staff at the desk were so fun and welcoming! The new maintenance man they just hired (unfortunately I did not get his name) was so helpful and kind to me. Negative: I liked everything about this hotel!

They informed about broken elevators after booking. Good thing buding has only 3 floors. I was on 3rd floor. No breakfast served. Nothing major for the price that's been charged. Parking is shared with shoping center parking. old furniture and decor.
