Candlewood Suites Las Vegas - E Tropicana by IHG

Quieter than most of the locations on or near the strip. The bluegreen timeshare is really noisy with air traffic, but candlewood is actually pretty quiet. Great little place for your pup to relieve themselves. Staff was super nice. Great jumping off point for the strip with the MGM monorail literally across the street. Beware of the parking sharks. I must have been checking in, getting my bearings, was in a spot with no pay sign in front....this is a shared parking lot. it's a joke. Metropolis is who collects the money not the hotel. Anyway, I had a guest certificate and was told it was included. The manager was nice to take care of it, which is a plus. Some managers you never see or they just don't care after being in the business for 4-5 years. The kitchenette was adequately stocked. On

What a wonderful hotel! You get a suite, not just a room. It is a 1 bedroom apartment. Living room, bedroom, nice kitchenette and large bathroom! TV in both the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has dishes, etc so if you would like to save money and cook, you have can easily do that. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. They are close to the strip so you can walk if you want to. (I put in almost 20,000 steps the first day) It is also near public transportation, the monorail has a stop right across the street at the MGM Grand. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a Dennys 2 doors down for 24 hour food. THey have a pool, exercise room and laundry facilities. They also have a small store there with foods, snacks and drinks. I had never stay

My partner and I visited the Candlewood Suites for the yearly Formula 1 Gran Prix. The location was pretty close to the strip and fairly close to the actual track. We had to take the mono trail to get there after a short walking distance, but so did multiple people from other hotels (and for a better price). Essentially, you could either walk and catch the mono trail or pay for parking near by. The atmosphere was excellent, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and squeaky clean. My partner and I had no complaints at all about noise, it was very quiet and calm. The TV could have had more channels but it had the most common channels so I wasn’t too upset about it. Overall, our stay was superb.

My family and I stayed here for Wrestlemania weekend. The moment we checked in we already feel at home. Ms. Carla was the one that checked us in. She was one of the nicest people I’ve met. The coffee bar was also a plus and definitely delicious 🤤. The room is very spacious for my family of 3. Love the big fridge and big bathroom too. The mirror lighting is my fave spot especially getting ready for the day. Also love the walk in shower. Water pressure is excellent too. The location is closer to every places that we needed to go to we will definitely be booking again if ever we go back to Vegas.

Great location close to the strip but not on it letting you have a quieter and more restful sleep. Parking lot directly next to bldg so no complicated or drawn out process like in bigger hotels. Room was spacious and everything was very clean and tidy. The free laundry was really appreciated. If you want a basic and comfortable stay with updated rooms and great location this is perfect. Room was quite big.
