Candlewood Suites Indianapolis - South by IHG

We have been at Candlewood suites now for a month while awaiting to get back in our home. With it already being a stressful situation the staff have made the transition so much easier. They have all been wonderful and inviting, but 2 employees, Sam and Brandi, always go above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s so nice to see their smiling faces and great attitudes everyday. Even if they are having a rough day or night for situations out of their control you would never know. Just walking in the door and being greeted daily by their smiles and knowing they care enough to greet us by name makes this place so much more comfortable and homey. Jeremy and his team at the Candlewood Suites in Greenwood, IN were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and stress-free.||A special highlight for our family was how much my daughter enjoyed seeing the fish every morning—it became part of her daily routine and something she genuinely looked forward to. Little touches like that made a big difference for us.||Excellent service, friendly staff, and a great overall experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through the area.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. It is close to the interstate and very close to restaurants and shopping. It is quiet and has enforced quiet hours. The staff were friendly and attentive and check in and check out were easy. Room was large enough for my daughter and I for our stay. However, when we pulled out the rollaway bed for sleeping, there were goldfish crackers in the bed (yuck!) and it clearly had not been cleaned. The hair dryer was missing from the bathroom and we were told by guest services that they had no spares so we actually had to go and purchase on while we were staying there. Everything about my stay here was a positive experience. Quiet, set back location. The staff was excellent!! Shout out to Doug, several talks with him gave it home-like feel. Also to Dusty, who fixed a problem with my reservation upon noticing the problem when I was checking in. Would definitely stay here again and will if I have to work in the area again.

Iteeza made check in easy. She was very nice and let me know she would be there til 7am if I needed anything. And Brandi made check out just as easy. Both were so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect! Clean and smelled good. Bed and pillows/bedding were comfy. The rate was good. I would definitely stay again.
