Extended Stay America Select Suites- Indianapolis - Greenwood

Here to be close to the out of town work site. We were told 1 price so booked. Upon checking in, price was more. Donna was helpful upon checking in. Informed me of price as well as a few other items. She wrote them on my paper upon checking in. Ended with us leaving a 2 month reservation within first 21 days (would have been 17 days, but snow storm hit the area and we could not even get out of the parking lot for 4 days). Her attitude and lack of professionalism in her position is a serious concern. Refuses to acknowledge her mistakes or her staffs. Even when in writing. Condescending. Rude. Lack of privacy for guests., IE. speaking to guests regarding other guests in public. I am in real estate over 20+ years and never would my staff nor myself be allowed to maintain this level of disresp

Positive: I can't think of anything. I was Robbed my second day here by another guest and the hotel didn't make her leave! Negative: Roaches in my clothing and on the walls. Unscrupulous Management. Being threatened about not having my room renewed because they tried to say that I someone else in my room a brother that I don't have! I told them I don't have a brother, I was threatened

I'll never knowingly stay at this extreme stay again. The smelled of smoke & urine. The receptionist wasn't very helpful at all except to get into our room since they had no door entry key machine thatt worked. The floor was nasty dirty to where we left footprints over the dirt. The fridge was gross, the door lock was easy entry since it wasn't bolted into the wall. No place to hang your coat unless you bring your own hangers. No telling what was soaking through the wall. To cold to sleep in the car. Nobody at the office window to check out, Nobody will answer the phone when called. I haven't seen a good review about this hotel anywhere. 😕 This one is no better. Cockroaches. Cockroaches everywhere. I can’t tell you how many cockroaches I’ve found in my room. On the wall, in the sink, in the bed, under the window ledge, on the AC unit, on the fridge, on the wall near the sink, in the sink, in the bath, on the countertop. There’s literally at least 2 or 3 of these things running around in the room at a time. In my first two days here I caught about a dozen cockroaches. This place is infested. I saw reviews from a few months ago and it’s OBVIOUS they haven’t fixed the problem. Also one of the front desk workers is rude. I had to call the company phone number to create a brand new reservation right in front of her while she just put up the “be back later” sign because mine was cancelled because even though I gave my credit card info online I still n

My family and I stayed at Extended Stay America in Greenwood for 3.5 months. During our stay we experienced bugs, filth, RUDE management, no working keys to our rooms. Not only did the management blame ME for charging my card WITHOUT my consent. They have done this more than one time. Management is constantly on their own personal phone while actively trying to do their job. Safety has also been an issue. If you plan on staying here also know the police will be frequently seen.
