Candlewood Suites Fort Worth/West by IHG

As I start this review, I ask any reader to understand this is the umpteen millionth hotel stay for us in the US or world and I never only post negative reviews. I am actually more of a positive review poster as I believe in lifting people up, but I firmly believe establishments also need to have feedback and an opportunity for improvement. We checked in on 12/22 on a personal visit to family for the holidays. On 12/24 at approximately 8:30 am requested for the room to be touched up, particularly for towels and making the bed. As the hotel site on Expedia lists daily housekeeping, we figured maybe it was a requested service and it had not been done the day before. We returned late on the 24th and room had not been serviced, but the window was opened, leaving the room extremely humid and un

Customer service was excellent. Front desk called me back to confirm they could accommodate my request for a larger room. Clean room. Convenient location. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay in Ft Worth.

We make several trips to the area. By far - this is the BEST we’ve stayed in. It is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful! It is quiet as well - you do hear the highway traffic, but not other guests coming and going. Will be back!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel, everyone is so kind and courteous; they are all extremely accommodating and have been willing to answer any questions asked and help with any requests: they went above and beyond to make sure that myself and my travel partner have been comfortable and had everything we needed. They also have a wonderful gym, and lending cupboards, and free washer and dryer for all guests. The rooms have a very nice kitchenette setup with all that you’ll need for your stay, and it even includes a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove top. The beds are super comfortable, and it is nice and quiet. I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is. Thanks to the staff for keeping this place in wonderful order and being so wonderful.

I was just visiting family members of a friend of mine. They had a suite with a kitchen in it, it was very clean and efficient. The family joins a club every month to get good discounts on hotels, and she did a very good job for a week's stay from Arizona.
