Military‑friendly hotel. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism when several members of our group experienced check‑in issues. They addressed every concern calmly and provided reasonable accommodations while we waited. The hotel is clean and includes a kitchenette, which makes it easy to store groceries. Although the area is busy, the property itself remains quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I feel bad leaving negative reviews but this hotel is in need of a renovation. I stayed here because it was top rated on TripAdvisor in Beaumont but I was disappointed and this is a 2 star rated property at best. The property is outdated and not well taken care of. The room was moldy and the AC smelled odd. The kitchen and room furniture seem as from 20 years ago. Moldy feel in the room and building. Bathtub had a large chip. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable.

Had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Beaumont, TX! The staff was friendly and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. Loved that it’s pet-friendly—made traveling with my dog so much easier. Definitely felt taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend!

Ms. Shanna at the first desk is so pleasant. Actually all the employees that I encountered were. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. Free laundry room is a plus a well. Fully equipped kitchens. It felt like home away from home. Will be returning when I'm back in the area.

You pay for the ROOM so let's start there. I paid for a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed. The picture on the IHG app for THIS room shows the sofa bed folded into the sofa position. What I received was a second regular bed where the Sofa bed should be. The room was 80 degrees when I arrived and after blasting the AC for 3 hours it was still 75 in the main area, and the bedroom did not seem to change at all due to the cheep an inefficient way they direct air into the bedroom from the front room. The AC unit blew what can only be the smell of years of growing mold into the front room. The whole room smelled musty and gross,smelled of cigarettes, with burn marks on the floor to prove it. The bathroom floor had some inexplicable substance on the floor. I had to sleep on the bed in the living roo
